They work fast and efficiently but for drinks requiring milk it's pretty much a rip off. I ask for a vanilla chai, medium from there a few times. Everytime I get it it's mostly foam and not drink. I might as well have gotten a small.

Slow and I had awful service. Got a cold coffee at the window after waiting slmost 10 minutes. Had to pull up to the second window. Waiting 20 minutes for my english muffin. That's literally all it was supposed to be- a toasted english muffin. Ended up parking and going in, they forgot about me apparently. The girl just handed me the crumpled up bag with my muffin it and said "Here ya go." No apology, no nothing. Just walked away. Screw these people, they are awful, go to Starbucks.
