“I don’t get why this place isn’t more busy. It brings me back to the days of going to pizza with my family. I ate here with my son today and Tiffany assisted us. Excellent customer service. My son said his pizza was great and the mozzarella sticks had great flavor and “cheese pull”.“

“Fast and efficient service; I ordered online and it was ready for pickup within the 20 min the website told me it would be ready. I ordered a half and half stuffed pizza (pineapple and chicken/tomatoes/spinach), I was happily surprised that it came out exactly as I ordered it with no mistakes.“

I don’t usually leave reviews but I want whoever made this pizza to be commended. One thing, though, it could’ve stayed in oven maybe for a minute or two longer for the crust. But overall, was a great pizza!“

“Accidentally delivered to my home animal got in it. I asked if someone could pick it up because myself and son are highly allergic to gluten and causes me seizures (recently found this out) manager sent a driver out. Thank you for doing the right thing and thanks for the driver doing that for myself and son. He’s very appreciative :)“

Outside is meh (needs a facelift, but somdo most things on the road lol ), but the pizza was ready fast, made perfectly, and the gentleman at the pickup window was very pleasant and polite. “The service is good, food is good. But for some reason they forget to put all the sides in the bag. For instance; I ordered mashed potatoes, cole slaw and mac and cheese. Got home I had cole slaw, 2 mashed potatoes. No mac and cheese. From now on I'll check my order before I leave the place. This isn't the first time my order was wrong. Our order came to just under $30 bucks, BUT it was Absolutely The BEST pizza I've ever shared with my wife. The manager of the Jacksonville NC store told us their "the Works" pizza was what we received, and henceforth when we order ANY pizza, it Will come from Papa John's Pizza, hands down.“
