I went through the drive thru to get the breakfast and I ordered the chicken croissant but I received the sausage one which I know has a price difference. I also asked for maple syrup dipping sauces and didn’t receive any. This Wendy’s is constantly making mistakes and when I try to call for them to make a correction all I get is the answering machine. Overall, I’m just tired of this Wendy’s and I would rather go to one’s off base than this one.
I have went to this Wendy's a few times and for some reason every time they miss something in my order. It's almost like every time I get my order I have to take a minute to check if everything is there or not. I don't think it's very hard to complete one order when I'm the only one in line.Anyways I had times where they missed my French fries or like the sauce for my nuggets. If you like gambling, this is the Wendy’s for you because every order comes as a lucky bag. You never know if your foods going to be correct, complete, or slightly hotter than room temperature. Additionally, the servers are impolite and unprofessional.
