How does KFC run out of chicken? Waited 20 minutes in Drive-through just to be told they needed more time to cook chicken. Management should be fired if they can't run a better restaurant.

Me and my family went there and ate and the food was fresh and amazing I would recommend everyone to come there to eat every thing is fresh and and the service is amazing me and my family enjoyed ourselves

Do not recommend going here!!! Went through the drive thru along with one vehicle in front of me. I ordered, paid for 2 meals and she said pull ahead and park, someone will bring your food out. When I parked, the vehicle that was in front of me was parked as well. I sat there and 2 other vehicles pulled in after me so there were 4 people waiting for food. I waited and waited about 20 mins went by and they had not even brought the first vehicles food out! I felt like I had waited long enough so I walked inside to get a refund. There was 3 employees working and when I ask for a refund the manager was cooking in the back so I waited another 10 mins for her come to the front and tried to give me one but said she didn’t know how, I will need to come back tomorrow for someone else to give me a refund!!! So I waited 34 mins and I’m out about $25 and no food!!!!

Me and my wife order food on app as we where coming home from Tennessee got to store and they said I had already picked up my order I said no I haven’t and the guy started to argue with me so I said I just got here so how did I get my food
So he said then you’re wife picked it up I said my wife is in car so I know she didn’t so I went out told wife what was going on so she went in and got it straightened out
I don’t appreciate being called a liar so they lost my business I will not be back . there needs to be a better system where you have to show your order on app to get your food not just walk in and see food with a name on it and say it is yours

Pulled up at 940pm they cleaning instead of cooking. It a 1000 of them in there 1 sweeping the rest just standing around talking. Yes they close at 10pm and they said they out of chicken and they out of chicken pot pies. After had us waiting for 5mins to even order. Yall close at 10pm cleaning is supposed to be done after yall close its like they trying to leave exactly at 10pm just lazy !!!!

I just spent 21 minutes between ordering my food at the drive thru and actually getting it. There were only about 5 or 6 customers inside. There were literally more employees working than customers being served and yet it still took over 20 minutes.
