I have waited on making this review hoping it would get better! Today I ordered a thin crust pizza with extra sauce and AGAIN I received a pan pizza(with extra sauce) I called when I got home with my pizza and realized it was wrong AGAIN and the girl who took my order insisted it wasn’t her…she made no mistake!!! This place needs to train their employees and teach them to read and write because someone is constantly screwing up my order!!! Sorry for the rant but it has been 4 weeks in a row!!! Manager,are you ever there? Or do employees say you are not just to save their own hide????

I really want to give them a better rating than this...but they deserve even worse.

Let's talk about the last couple experiences I've had here: two mobile orders, one buffet visit.

First, the least bad of the three: the buffet. This would actually be somewhat passable in general, if the store wasn't severely understaffed to the point that the buffet spent a good 30 minutes of buffet time while I was there with literally no pizza or breadsticks available whatsoever.

Next, let's go to mobile order #1, a few weeks ago. They did this crafted flats thing, that's cool, and the Nashville hot sounds good! However, I'm really not a fan of the giant onions they put on pizzas, so I order mine without it. (Easy fix, right? Just DON'T include this thing.) ...loaded with onions. It's almost like they heard the word 'no' and interpreted it as 'extra.' Mistakes happen, let's give them a pass.

Mobile order #2, tonight. First, it's supposed to be ready by 6:06pm. I arrive at 6:07pm...not ready. Ok, happens. I eventually get my food at about 6:25pm. Well, at least they had plenty of time to make it correctly. I ordered their Nashville hot crafted flats again, again with no onions, a chicken bacon ranch for my wife, and a generic pizza for my kid. ...my daughter and wife got the correct pizza. ...I got a second chicken bacon ranch, after waiting 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready.

Unfortunately, it seems that the team here simply does not care about their customers, and it shows in the (lack of) quality.

...this location is down the street from me. I'll probably drive over to the next town if I'm ordering Pizza Hut again...and at that point I might as well get another brand instead.

I orders pizza hut online for delivery in canton,NC 28716 I ordered a pizza melt and one of the new flats pizza and when it go here all I got was the melt I payed 34 dollars to not even get all my food and I been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes for someone to get to the phone and no one has answered this is absolutely ridiculous I want my money back or my food I ordered online to make it easier this is outrageous

Had a bad experience with a rude manager and employees. Gave them another chance and was informed that manager was no longer with them . Was treated with much more respect ! Can tell a big difference in the service and food . The general manager took care of my issue and made it right ! Thank you !

After waiting for almost 10 minutes of the 2 guys talking to the person in front of me in line I finally got out and my vehicle and was able to get them to stop their socializing long enough to tell me they couldn't take an order I had to eaither call it in or do it online. Thankfully Papa John's is just up the hill and gladly took my order.

Green hair lady was a sweet heart. The lack of staff, the dead atmosphere and the obvious lack of upper management makes this place not worth trying.
Either pizza is burnt or under done due to poorly working/maintained machinery. Toppings, while scarce, slid off the uncooked middle and over the burnt edges.
I feel bad for the people who work there, as a frequent flyer through there to and from traveling, there's needs a new store manager or a visit from a district manager of two to tighten up that store.
Will not be visiting again.

My daughter goes to pick up pizza. Some smartass with green hair was very rude to her. Said she was not serving them because they can't stand behind wait to be seated SIGN..THEY WERE THERE TO PICK UP A DAMN PIZZA!!!!! SHE ASKED THE GIRL FOR HER NAME SHE SAID SHE WASNT GIVING HER NAME.. GOES HOME CALLS BACK SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER WITH RED HAIR..SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE CORPRET NUMBER AND SAID HAVE A NICE DAY AND HUNG UP ON HER!! IS THIS HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS???? IF THEY RECORD ,THEY NEED TO WATCH IT. I HATE WHEN SOMEONE RESPONDS ABOUT HOW SORRY THEY ARE 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 NOTHING GETS DONE. ITS A BUNCH OF BULL!!!!!!!
