Located at the next entrance over from Flaming Amy's burritos, behind the car wash, this small, new rum-only distillery has a pleasant bar and tasting room. Check the hours beforehand, as they are not open every day. They currently offer four rums, available as a flight for $22. Absolutely love this rum! The flavor is fantastic! You can get the molasses on the taste which is always one of my requirements on rums but especially on silver rums. All of these rums are great neat! You really don't need to add anything! However if you want a great cocktail the silver and porch dog are great! Cool little spot. Stopped by today to check them out and was pleasantly surprised. Good selection of their in house distilled Rum driven drinks. Indoor and outside seating and friendly owner/staff.
