Great place. My review is based on breakfast. We had sausage egg and cheese on the biscuit. The coffee was also a go to. Everything was amazing. The public service was great. Everyone in the store was really kind. My wife and I will be going again!!

Grabbed coffees, a breakfast burrito & chicken biscuit before walking to the beach. They were so friendly & welcoming! Absolutely love this little cafe, especially since we were on a boat just a block away.

Small little convenience store that happens to serve up a few items for breakfast. Stopped in after our morning walk and grabbed a breakfast burrito for our son. He ate all of it but mentioned it needed more seasoning and filling.

Great spot for easy breakfast by the beach. Made fresh or grab and go. Good coffee also and nice staff.

Waited 45 minutes for an order of pancakes and a sausage burrito. (Sold out of biscuits.) While waiting I had time to check out the shelves - every item I looked at was expired. :( I was apologized to for the wait (I was the only one there) which was nice. Food arrives - we cannot eat the pancakes at all. Their are dense, very thin and sour tasting. As a sourdough baker myself I though maybe that was the intent (?) but we can't get past how dense and thin they are. We spit them out. The sausage was dry and burned. The burrito - awful. Potatoes inside are over cooked and dry. Eggs are over cooked and discolored. No sausage to speak of inside of at all. We had heard so much hype over this place and we're initially excited but this a never return spot for us, unfortunately.

I visited in the off season so it was pretty dead. Got the black bean burger and also got to try the sweet potato fries and fried pickles. Black bean burger wasn’t special but the fried pickles and sweet potato fries were really good. Probably some of the cheapest food in the area if you didn’t pack food for a beach day and don’t want to go to a grocery store. Cashier and cook were nice, food just took a while, probably just because it was the off season though like previously mentioned.Vegetarian options: Had black bean burger, no other main dishes that were vegetarian that I can recall, only sides.(in off season, February)

After reading reviews, we were excited to try this little spot. Unfortunately we were unimpressed. You enter through a dumpy convenience store. It was messy and felt dirty. The self serve coffee wasn't especially hot nor was it especially good. The ice cream was just ice cream bars in a freezer covered in freezer burn. 2 stars because the made to order latte was good. Maybe the other made to order food and drinks are better, but we definitely won't be returning.

Great burgers, generous pours for drinks, the ability to park yourself at a picnic table feel the ocean breeze and watch the surf hit the sand below you. It has become a favorite spot of ours during what we affectionately call, the local's summer, when it's still warm enough to enjoy our wonderful beach town and not have to fight visitors for parking spots or tables.

The perfect place to start your morning. Nothing better than a coffee, breakfast sandwich and that coastal air. This is the kind of place you WANT to start your day, and I hope you do.

Breakfast sandwiches and ice coffee are a must at this cute little store. Get the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel.

Wanted to love it, but it just wasn't good. I usually love dives like this. Learned about it from CB locals FB page. Good comments about the biscuits but someone did note the burrito wasn't good. When we got there the biscuits were sold out so we did try the burritos. The person was right, dry and not very good. Needs a re-vamp. Needed salt, maybe avocado instead of those peppers which were overly sauteed and yucky. Maybe add like a sour cream salsa dressing to add some moisture and flavor. My iced mocha seemed to be just chocolate and I didn't taste any coffee. I know it was 1:15pm but I needed coffee, lol. I would have rather spent $5-$10 more and gone to Kate's. Maybe I will try it again sometime, not sure. I really want to find good places down here since we own a house here.
