This place was horrible when general manager came in he didn't wash his hands I ask what his name was he asked the other manager to call police I asked for what he said I was invading his space but how on other side of the counter ordering food which took 44; minutes to make he didn't have name tags on I told customer in line with me I was gonna give a one Google review he threatened to call police on me today at 545 Jones ferry road but I committed no crime how is he a manger? ?

WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR!Again, getting off work, I just wanna eat something quick! My Son asked for a triple whopper. So, after waiting 10 mins for them to cook his. My impossible whopper is cold, and MOIST/WET!!! WTH, a soggy cold patty, the cheese was cold! I didn't open it till I had left. Otherwise, I would've never taken such garbage!!! The manager was there and the same kid at the window! Y'all need to do better! You didn't have any customers as it was & you lost this one!!!

Why are the good restaurants closing and places like this remain open? Poor, incredibly slow service, galf the people that work there don't seem to care, and when you're asked to pull over and wait 10 minutes for a simple sandwich.. c'mon! BE BETTER. Oh, and the guy who thinks he needs to call fenale customers by terms of endearment - that's sexual harassment - and could lead to a lawsuit

Well like all the other comments say the service is slow, don't be fooled by the empty drive thru, there are more than likely people waiting at the front to keep their times low. If you're a burger King fan it's best to remove this location from your list.

No matter how small your oder is, you will be instructed to pull around and wait. Then that wait will almost always be excessive (+5-10 mins averag). They really need to improve this location, but since its the only one around I doubt it'll happen. Fries tasted like oil was in need of being changed a long time ago.

I really enjoy their breakfast items, but this morning my hashbrowns were almost burnt and there was barely any bacon on my croissant. Also the guy working the window was rude and not friendly at all. I am a GM of a food establishment, if one of my employees was rude and not welcoming to the customers he would not be working there especially in the drive thru.

The last time i went they took 20 minutes to just answer the mic to take my order so I just drove off and went somewhere else and now this time they took 20 minutes after they took my order to bring me my food, the service is absolutely terrible. A whopper and fries don’t take 20 minutes to make and bring to a customer especially when ordered through the drive thru.

You may not believe this BUT the service was not good, not enough kitchen help ( that was obvious) and on a pretty cool morning, wait for it, everybody that worked there was wearing a winter coat because there was no heat. Oh wait, one fry cook was in uniform cooking, getting "flame broiled" I reckon. I commented to them it was warmer outside and she said "yeah...". I just wanted some french toast sticks, which I received and they were alright.

This is one of those locations that hires losers with attitude problems. Don’t eat here until they hire a manager who can manage his team correctly. First time I arrived here I had frozen food by the time I got home and I live 2 mins away ??This time I arrived here on Thursday at 9:20 pm. I go to the drive thru and these people had me waiting like 10 mins, then I place my order and the moron at the window forgets to tell me there’s going to be another 7 min wait for the wraps I wanted.. so I said okay then let me swap it for the whopper Jrs. This chick has the nerve to catch and attitude and walk away telling someone else “I don’t know what he wants..” then the next idiot comes to the window and decides to pretend the machine was acting up to stall for time.. after another 2 minutes I said “you know what. Scratch the order” and drove off. Bruh if you don’t want to work somewhere just quit.. don’t be taking out your short comings in life on the customer lmfao
