Zero flop Neapolitan? Yes. Amazing toppings, piping hot, careful with the cheese or will melt your face. I think the giant metal gas oven brings the Neapolitan into the firm place that most others can’t achieve. Amazing toppings, we had three pizzas. Amazing food - probably the best pizza we have had in the NC area.Highly recommend the basic Margherita pizza to get an idea of the high quality ingredients they use and definitely ask for the chilli oil, which elevates the pizza with a few droplets. What can i say? The man is a magician...hands down the best pizza in the triangle I've tried so far. Crust is absolute perfection. Thin and crispy(NY style almost) but with a Neapolitan style twist.
