Glasshalfull is a top-notch restaurant with the best brussel sprouts in the triangle. The staff is friendly and the business practices show pride in their food and employees. It's a great spot for a date night. The service, food, and ambiance are consistent, but Miranda, a knowledgeable sommelier, took the experience to the next level by making customers feel special. The short ribs, polenta, glazed carrots, and pate were very good, with an extra touch from Miranda. However, some feel the portions are meager, leaving them feeling hungry despite enjoying the food and atmosphere.
