We love Glasshalfull. We’ve been several times and the quality of the food is always top notch. The brussel sprouts are the best in the triangle! Staff is so friendly. I love the business practices of this place, you can tell they take pride not only in the food they serve but in the people they hire. Great date night spot!

All my reviews until tonight have been 4 stars. The food service and ambiance tonight were little changed. When a server takes it to the next level, she must be acknowledged. Miranda is super wine smart. As a sommelier, and a former teacher of wine appreciation classes at Total Wine, I know. She makes her customers, or at least me and my sister feel special. I asked about 2 wines. She brought me 3 to taste. Above and beyond. We had short ribs, polenta and glazed carrots for our main, and pate for our appetizer. She brought an extra pickle component on the pate serving. The meal was very good, and Miranda made everything better. We are avid regulars at Glass half full! We will ask for Miranda routinely.

Food good, portions meager. Did they run out of food? The kale salad needed something more. the potato soup was a few spoonfuls. I like what they're doing but feel resentful that I spent all that money and still feel hungry.

Food is pretty good and diverse, but service can be very slow at times. Cool place though, very modern-rustic with spacey outdoor and indoor seating.

Good food in decent portions. Impeccable service at the bar. Also appreciate that prices are inclusive of service. Recommended!

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. Best to make a reservation because it's a popular place! Scallops, veggies lasagna, and creme brulee were tasty.

Great place to eat in Carrboro. The food came out fresh and hot. I had the fried chicken sandwich and fries. I enjoyed them both. The prices are reasonable. The waiter was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend you to stop by a grab a bite to eat.

Dined on the leafy patio on a delightful evening. Excellent and reasonably priced wine list. Many options are gluten free, including the dessert menu, which is unusual. I highly recommend the arugula and beet salad. My husband had the hangar steak and I had the short rib. Both absolutely scrumptious. The duck leg special sounded delicious, but, unfortunately, they had sold out by the time we arrived. We split the lemon olive oil drizzle cake for dessert, a perfect ending to a fine meal. Our server was new, but charming and helpful. We will return soon.

Menu prices are set to provide all workers with a living wage, so while tipping (3-5%) is welcomed and appreciated, it is not expected. The food is delicious. The servings are well-proportioned.The service is stellar. For an evening's fine dining experience, the prices are fair. There is adequate free parking in their adjacent private lot.

Nice casual spot. Great cocktails. Lots of ditterent wines available. I had the Caesar kale salad which was ok. Could have used more dressing and more shaved Parmesan. I had the shrimp and lobster rolls. They were good but needed a side. My husband had the scallops. Also good. There are other local restaurants that are better
