Decent local independent coffee roaster that resells its beans in various locations. They do a decent job making drinks at the Open Eye Cafe, which is the retail location for the roasters. It's a pretty busy place, but they manage to take care of customers pretty quickly.

CC Roasters not only has the best coffee, they also have the best service! I was gone for a week and came back to a low supply of beans. I put in my order with a note that "sooner is better" and they delivered the beans later the same day. He said, "We had the beans roasted and you needed them, so here we are!" I never expected that, but I appreciate the thoughtful effort.
