Food and service is great...until it isn't. Have a problem with the delivery? They won't answer the phone. Leaving feedback on the website tells you to call the store, which won't answer the phone. Report the issue on the website and they offer a coupon that is already available for every order.Maybe pick up is fine, though I don't know about the parking situation.Again, it's great until there's a problem, and they aren't there to help.

Pizza is great for a chain place and always a good deal with their coupons on their app and the prices scale well with the number of people you are feeding. Only the pizzas are worth their prices though. 6 tater tots or the equivalent of 2 chicken tenderloins for the same price as a medium 2 topping is kinda a ripoff when using their on doing "any" deals

By far the worst customer service experience i’ve had in a LONGG time. i got a big order for yesterday night on Tuesday to order in advance. I was charged sometime Wednesday. About two hours before the time of delivery, i decided to call to make sure everything was still good, since i had gotten charged, but received no confirmations or anything. Once i called, i was on the phone for over 30 minutes because they said they couldn’t find my order. i spoke to multiple people and they had no clue how many pizzas i even wanted, the address it was getting delivered to, everything was wrong or they didn’t know. Mind you, they know nothing about my order but still are SUPER rude on the phone, and are constantly putting me on hold or sending me back to the automated messaging without saying anything. How are y’all gonna charge a customer $140 but have no actual information about the order? Literally the worst management and customer service probably in chapel hill. So disappointed, 100% unreliable.

They messed up the delivery address of my order. When we called to fix it, it took another hour for the food to be delivered, and the order was incorrect. They would not pick up the phone. We asked for compensation and got no clear response and were put on hold for over an hour. Will not be returning to this location or Dominoes ever again.

i have never had a pizza delivered that didn’t take like 2 hrs. what is happening at this store that you can never deliver on time? the dominos near east franklin is much quicker

Delivery 45 minutes longer than app indicated. Pizza arrived cool and lacing toppings.

I ordered a pizza Friday night, waited a long time. I understand that they are short staffed and it’s hard to get orders on time specially, on weekends. I called the store. They told me that my order had been mixed up so someone would be back to pick it up and deliver it. I waited another 30 minutes, when I tried to call back, they hung up on me, and would not answer my calls. I was unable to drive to the store to have this resolved, but they still managed to charge this on my card. Saturday I called them they answered and I told him if there was anyway I could get this re-ordered, the guy was very rude and said that it would take at least an hour. I said it was fine. I just wanted my items. They hung up on me, they have very poor management in the store. Poor customer service, they don’t care about making their customers happy. I am still having this resolved through my bank because the store didn’t even take care of it.

terrible service. I ordered online, more than an hour after I placed the order, I arrived to pick it up and they still tell me that I have to wait 20 to 40 more minutes, what is that? It's silly for a simple pizza.

I wish I could give no stars!! Because dominoes here sucks!! Their rude as hell when you call and the pizza was cold the last time I ordered one, so I will not be returning and get someone to answer the phones, who's nice and not an asshole!! I'm sticking with pizza hut! Cuz no one out pizza's the hut!!

The customer service is actually terrible. I’ve found myself calling 2-3 times to be left on hold for way too long every time. Makes me immediately lose interest in ordering at this location.

Doesn't get much worse than this location. Took an hour and a half to let me know they'd canceled my order. If you weren't going to fulfill the order (which is a regular occurrence), could've canceled it as soon as it was placed instead of wasting my time. Horrible service.

Here's my edit of a previous scathing review.See below for my review before. Things seems to have gotten worse. Placed an order and 90 minutes later after trying multiple times to reach the store without anyone answering my order was canceled. Good think I have some leftovers to eat tonight. Will not be eating Dominos anymore.Things don't seem to have changed. My pizza sat in the store for over an hour before a driver left the premises. Still hasn't arrived 90 minutes later. At least I have a microwave!Delivery driver left the store 20 minutes after my pizza came out of the oven, then drove right past my house to go deliver 20 minutes away instead of dropping mine off first. Instead my food is taking a 40 minute drive to get to me, an hour after it was ready. Not happy. And not the first time either. Now it's been more than an hour and the estimated time keeps going up.Update. I ordered an hour ago. My pizza has been made and sitting at the store for the last 45 minutes.Another update. 90 minutes after ordering and 75 minutes after my pizza was made and it still hadn't left the store. Not a happy ex-customer.
