This speakeasy was a fun time. We grabbed two rounds of drinks, it was the Gold Crush and Peaches and K for my husband and the Last Word and First in Flight for me. All of the cocktails were great selections but our favorite was the Gold Crush. This is a really cute spot, if you are in Carrboro check it out.
The Belltree is a cozy, elevated cocktail experience. The drinks are exceptional and diverse, and there’s something for every taste, whether you’re looking for a specific spirit or interested in a particular flavor profile. Great spot. Loved it. I had a Whiskey paloma and it was solid. Next I had a paper airplane. It's a really good vibe and all of the drinks were crafted very much at a higher level. I was at the owners were there so have some time I have a conversation with them and they were super nice and friendly. Let us walk around the entire shop and answer all questions and total some history. It's a college vibe but not an undergrad vibe if that makes any sense.
