I have been enjoying Carrburritos for years. The food ,for me, is less greasy and more healthy than many other Mexican restaurants or food trucks. The staff are friendly and attentive. Always ask for Eric to prepare your dish. He is the Burrito King.
A Carrboro original!I had not been here in probably 10 years, but not much has changed walking here, which is unbelieveable considering what's happen in all that time.The carnitas is still KILLER! The nachos are still one of a kind. The burritos still take 2 hands to hold (like so many others are now copying).I had dinner with my 9 year old daughter and she really enjoyed the whole experience. Service was great. Burritos were huge. Flavor left something to be desired. My friends got chorizo and it was a little lackluster and mushy. Outdoor seating is very nice. Drinks are reasonably priced. They put a mix of flour and corn tortilla chips in the nachos and chips with salsa. Flour tortillas had an interesting texture - very crispy and flakey.
