This is my go-to for high-quality but familiar comforting Chinese-American food in Carrboro. The people are always so friendly and the prices are reasonable. And I’m always impressed with how consistently they do a good job on the food.
Jade Palace has been my comfort restaurant for about a decade. I have joyfully eaten my way through the menu over the years and have always been delighted! Great service and this restaurant is such an essential part of carrboro! I’m moving out of state and I am going to miss Jade Palace so much!! Nothing but love for this place!!! Ordered online and item was missing when order arrived. I called and brought to the attention of restaurant, and they sent a very friendly man just to replace missing item to my amazement. Excellent, fresh food and customer service!
