We recently went to Jade Palace to order a feast of food for 10 people to celebrate our buddy leaving the area. We literally tried at least 15 different items on the menu and they were all delicious. From Chow Fun to two kinds of dumplings, as well Fried Rice and several chicken, beef and shrimp dishes. The food was fresh and prepared well and the owner (Kevin) was extremely generous with sharing the history of the restaurant that has been in his family for many many years...
This is my go-to for high-quality but familiar comforting Chinese-American food in Carrboro. The people are always so friendly and the prices are reasonable. And I’m always impressed with how consistently they do a good job on the food.
Jade Palace has been my comfort restaurant for about a decade. I have joyfully eaten my way through the menu over the years and have always been delighted! Great service and this restaurant is such an essential part of carrboro! I’m moving out of state and I am going to miss Jade Palace so much!! Nothing but love for this place!!! Thank you to everyone at Jade Palace for feeding me and making me smile even when I’m sad on my floor!!!! Y’all are such an awesome part of this...
