Couldn’t be a more perfect spot for this location! Always full of kindness and laughter and the treats of course are wonderful. Can’t wait to go back again and again this season
I have not had a snow cone in years so Pelicans surprised me! My memory of them were semi-dense small ice chunks, syrups with the artificial aftertaste, and either pure syrup or pure ice at the bottom. Pelicans was none of that! The ice was really surprisingly fluffy and they have tons of great flavor options. I ordered tigers blood (mostly coconutty) and mango and it was perfect for summer.
As a Maryland native, I appreciate a good snowball. This place has such a great variety that we've been back many times and it never gets old. The friendly staff take great care in crafting each snowball - moreso than any Maryland snowball stand I've been to. And I love that they repurposed an old bank to sell snowballs!
