My fiancé is from just outside NYC, and he deemed the grandma pizza "one of the best slices I've ever had." We shared a few slices of the grandma pizza, margarita pizza, and pepperoni and garlic knots. I grew up in the south and have been a skeptic of these types of pizzas after being urged to try them at his request whenever we're in NY/NJ. However, even I am dreaming about going back to Pizza Factory! Everything was incredible. The dough was light and crispy for the pizzas and not soggy at all, and the knots were so deliciously chewy. The flavors were perfect, with fantastic acidity and sweetness from what has to be homemade marinara, rich but not greasy cheese, and tons of fresh garlicky goodness. We already decided that even if we move away from Chapel Hill/Carrboro that we would happily drive an hour to get our pizza fix from here.

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a Grandma Pie! 10/10!Parking: Be mindful that the building owner is very strictly enforcing towing should you disregard the posted lot rules (leaving the property). Business owners themselves have no control over this, so please continue to patronize Carr Mill Mall! Just be mindful of your lot usage and park at one of Carrboro’s free lots (closest is across the street between Armadillo Grill & Rise) if you plan to visit multiple locations in downtown Carrboro.

Pizza was incredible. Every bite is just as good as the first. Even down to the last slice. The crust is fantastic. Golden and crispy bites. The sauce is impressive. It’s hearty with great seasoning and you still get a taste of tomato when you dive in. It’s the best pizza in Chapel Hill, NC. Especially for the price too. Bring everyone. Tell everyone. Support your local business because this should be your go to spot! I can’t wait to go back to try everything else they have on the menu.Parking: There’s plenty of parking. Multiple parking lots and near by street parking. Free.Kid-friendliness: It’s a good family environment inside.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs on the side of the restaurant. Harris teeter side. Ramps from the sidewalk and it’s on the first floor directly to the right of the door.

Pleasantly surprised by this place! It's not exactly like the grandma and Sicilian pies you get on Long Island and in NYC, but it's the closest thing I've found in the Chapelboro area. Both are really good! The regular pizza is also tasty. Think this is my new favorite local spot.

One of the best pizza places in the area. Tastes like the pizza I grew up with as a kid and love that you can stop in a get a slice or two! We come often and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes there is a line, but it never takes too long. It's tucked away in Carr Mill so I didn't always know it was there, but am so glad to have found it. The owner is very nice and even gave us a free slice when we stopped in last week. Highly recommend checking out this place!

Take out: Pizza tasted good but cheese and toppings all slid off while eating. Rice balls were tasty but might want to inform people that they contain meat. Most disappointing was not getting Caesar dressing for salad. Should have looked in the bag but, expensive lettuce.

This is a beautiful space, and they have a 100 sanitation grade! I had a steak sandwich, and it was good, but not excellent. It could have, should have had more flavor. The service is excellent. Very helpful. Family owned … open since June, 2023. I’ll give them another try and check out their pizza. ?
