I just wanted to give a shout out to their gluten-free pizza. It was absolutely delicious! I got it with quite a few toppings, and I asked them to fix the crust extra crispy and they did. It was phenomenal…the quality of the ingredients the sauce flavor, the right out of the oven hot crispy crust melty stringy cheese delicious (the picture was much later after it had been in the fridge, but look at the amount of toppings and that gorgeous, crisp crust!)

A hearty sandwich, an amazing price point with friendly and quick service. With only two diligent workers visible they really handle things very well. Seemingly a fine oiled pizza and sandwich machine!

Parking: The Pizza Factory food, service, and prices at the Carr Mill Mall are FANTASTIC!!! Unfortunately, we parked our car, walked across the street then immediately back into the mall. We went inside to eat at the Pizza Factory. After our delicious meal, we came out to find our car being towed by Barns Towing. The tow truck driver said they had us on camera walking off the property. He would not drop the car from the tow truck even though we showed him our receipt from the restaurant inside the mall. The manager of the Pizza Factory came out and talked to the driver. He still refused to drop the car. We called the police who came and they were able to “negotiate a deal “ with the tow driver. The “deal” was if we would pay $100 cash to the driver, he would drop the car. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM by the mall management and Barns Towing company!!! I’m surprised the stores in Carr Mill Mall have any business at all. The tow driver said there are signs at the entrance that says not to park there and go off the property. We are not from this area, the signs are TINY, it was dark, and we did not see the signs in the dark. I will definitely eat at the Pizza Factory whenever I can. I will tell everyone I see to eat at the Pizza Factory but do NOT go to any other place at the Carr Mill Mall. In fact, when I walked into my hotel lobby, I told my experience to the desk clerk and everyone in the lobby. Tomorrow, when I go to the UMC hospital to visit my daughter who is in ICU, I will tell everyone who will listen to me about my experience. As soon as Barns Towing dropped our car, he immediately went a few cars over and hooked up to another car!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

My wife and I go there every week. Their pizza ? is the best anywhere. If you go there try a slice of the grandma's pizza, the sauce is the best sauce on a pizza ?.
Lovingly made NYC style pizza. Family friendly place owned by a friendly family. Generous portions and interesting menu including empanadas! I'll definitely be coming back for my pizza fix. And I'm looking forward to trying their gelato at the shop next door that just opened. A great addition to Carr Mill Mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are numerous low top tables with chairs that can be moved away to make space for a person in a wheelchair.
