I just wanted to give a shout out to their gluten-free pizza. It was absolutely delicious! I got it with quite a few toppings, and I asked them to fix the crust extra crispy and they did. It was phenomenal…the quality of the ingredients the sauce flavor, the right out of the oven hot crispy crust melty stringy cheese delicious (the picture was much later after it had been in the fridge, but look at the amount of toppings and that gorgeous, crisp crust!)

Wow!! Best chicken parmesean sub i've eaten in the area. As I've had many, this one was special. Outstanding preparation and quality ingredients. You can taste the difference.

A hearty sandwich, an amazing price point with friendly and quick service. With only two diligent workers visible they really handle things very well. Seemingly a fine oiled pizza and sandwich machine!

The Pizza Factory is fantastic in every way!!!

Parking: The Pizza Factory food, service, and prices at the Carr Mill Mall are FANTASTIC!!! Unfortunately, we parked our car, walked across the street then immediately back into the mall. We went inside to eat at the Pizza Factory. After our delicious meal, we came out to find our car being towed by Barns Towing. The tow truck driver said they had us on camera walking off the property. He would not drop the car...
