Food was very good, small glitches in service, but overall a good experience. The five star review is related to their consistency as experienced each time were had brunch or dinner at Tandem. The menu is diverse, elevated, and creative with each dish prepared well and often shared by friends and family at our table. Well done, Tandem team.
Neither of us had been to Tandem previously, and it was so much fun. I really appreciated the creativity of the menu descriptions of the food-“forbidden black rice” piqued our curiosity. The salmon's accompanying sides accentuated the flavor. The lamb was amazing. Of course it was busy on New Year's Eve, but our food came out quickly. The hum of the crowd was around us and not the least bit intrusive. Chase, our server, was knowledgeable and also provided attention...
I had read prior reviews and it sounded as though as of late they have fairly new(ish) wait staff. Hannah was excellent, personable, helpful in making tough decisions about which appetizers and efficient! The food was outstanding! We had the salmon and short ribs... appetizers included the risotto and beet/parsnips/ feta salad. Ambiance was lovely, overall highly recommend!!!
