They have a bad customer service, they take a long time with your order, they give it to you incomplete, cold, the coffee supposedly just made and it's cold, the sandwiches in general all the food is cold, and of their faces when serving you and the attitude not to mention.

I honestly don’t know what this Wendy’s has. No honey mustard, or apple slices. It also took over 10 minutes for some Chicken nuggets.

Needs better management and training. Went through the drive through. Got two burger combos. Pickle onion mustard on one, lettuce pickle onion on the other. Neither were correct. One had two pickles and way too much mustard. The other had lettuce tomato pickle onion mayo and ketchup.
I mean, I don’t expect much. But don’t make me come back and have you fix it while I wait. You get one. Janice to get it right. This Wendy’s rarely hits the mark.

I ordered a 5 dollar burger bag. The service was slow. I had to wait for food to get done. Got tired of waiting and went inside to get it and my burger was half done!!!! I took a picture of the food. I don’t understand how a person has to wait over 10 minutes for food and then half done this is down right a mess.

Customer service is trash. No one acknowledges you while waiting to order But the drive thru had 15 people get their orders before I was even acknowledged. And once I said something the response from the attitude having manager was she is helping other customers right now, while rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath. All I asked was to be acknowledged, and that someone will take my order soon. This is fast food. I didn't think you were supposed to wait 5 minutes before someone comes to take your order. Nobody said a word to us. Management should have said I apologize soone we will be right with you that's all she had to say but noooo she had to have an attitude. Also noticed the team members don't have hair nets on hair flying everywhere. One team member told another I think you're doing a great job. Don't listen to him. That's fine don't listen to me. But if the person taking orders can't multitask you need to put better people up front. Once again the management is rude. Short black lady with a ponytail and an attitude. And she always is like this!! That's why I hate coming to this location. And if I were you I wouldn't either especially during the day. You may have a better experience going through the drive-thru because that seems to be the only focus.

I placed an order in app for a double stack biggie bag. As soon as I leave and open my bag I notice my burger is cold!!! Like fresh out of the fridge cold!!! Now I can say the young lady in the window was nice , but no I did not go back! I was too pissed and did not want to be in the drive thru fussing and cussing. I’ll just go to the Caraway Village location from now on.

My sister and I went there to get the Wednesday collab special. We ordered online and followed the email instruction to click the link when we arrived, waited 20 minutes, and nothing. The screen that shows order status is USELESS, it's not accurate at all. I went up to ask the workers, and they apologized and started preparing my order. They did not get all the items right and asked me what else was missing. Even after giving me all the items, they forgot the sauce. At least a few of the workers were nice, but the slow service and mistakes they made still made my first experience at Wendy's a horrible one.
