I stopped at this Wendy's very occasionally, and only because it's on the way back home and the only place open. My mom loved Wendy's, so I have had a quality product at some locations, just not this one. I have to say every time I stop here I am disappointed with the lack of attention paid to the presentation of their food. Is it any worse than any other fast food restaurant? Probably not... I have had late night crews up the price arbitrarily of various items, and then tell me that it just hasn't been updated on the board outside yet... Also late at night, if I have ordered several items, I have had exactly 1 dollar added to the bill, and then if I notice, which I always do, they take it off the bill, but this has happened 3 times in the last 4 months so that indicates this is probably not unintentional. 2 clarifications... 1. I didn't recommend any of the dishes because nothing looks anything like billboard outside. 2. As far as atmosphere I've only been in the Drive-Thru line and except for Chick-fil-A all drive-thru lines are the same

They got my order wrong and the employees seemed short staffed , there was no ketchup available in either pump so I had to wait to ask for any. I can’t say they didn’t do their best but the overall experience was not encouraging.

Super slow drive through at night, employees are rude. One of them didn’t give me my credit card back and tried to use it to buy a bunch of shoes. Don’t go here.

The workers here are wonderful! They're super fast, efficient, and always happy. None of the other Wendy's around here have the service like this one does! The store itself is so clean and nicely decorated! And most of all Mrs. Norma is amazing. She's so kind and really appreciates her employees and her customers. I've only had a couple small mistakes with my orders and she is always so willing to fix anything without any kind of hesitation! This is the only Wendy's I'll go to now. Food is always fresh and hot. 10 out of 10!!

The place is understaffed. The manager is overwhelmed. Customers had to constantly point out what was wrong with their order. I was getting a pick up, they got my order 100% wrong. I will never, ever ever ever go to that location again. I strongly recommend going someplace else.

This location has to be the worst in NC. I work and live in Carrboro and have never heard of worse service and worse food from any location. As a local business owner myself (very close to this location) I have never heard of anyone getting their food as ordered. Also constantly hear of people being verbally abused. They almost never have any of their menu available especially “late night” as they advertise and what’s worse they often can’t accept credit cards or cash. Or sometimes both. Why would you even be open?!

I stopped at this location only once, but I will return whenever I'm in that area. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was quick. The employees I encountered were the best!! All employees were clean, wearing their name tags, and greeting customers. The restaurant was very clean. Thank you so much for the great fast food experience.
