I placed a mobile order 45 minutes ago (11:55 PM, restaurant open until 1:00 AM). I sat in the drivethru line for over 10 minutes only to find out they are closed due to a meat shortage. Look things happen... but why allow me to place the order if they can't fulfill it? The Wendys app processed the order so now I have to contact support just to get a refund. Why are all the drivethru lights on if they are closed? Why not put up a sign or two informing us so we don't have to wait? I get that things happen and they have to close early, but it's lame to take my money and make me pointlessly wait for several minutes. There has to be a better solution than that. Thank you for your consideration.

Well to start off I’ve waited in the drive tru for 30 minutes before they even decided to take my order and the guy who took my order was honestly rude and messed my order up

They got mad at me for picking up my pickup order. They said I had to tell them and they would get it.I was missing my frosty. And they were out but the app didn’t say that.They forgot my tomato on my burger.I saw five people get their food while I was there and 3 were missing items. Mostly nuggets.Also since when is one burger more than $8?!?!?

Rude, they come inside from smoking and touch food with no gloves and without washing hands. Drive thru takes a ridiculous amount of time. They refuse to refund an online order if they don't have it. As in if you place an order and they don't have it, they don't refund it, and they mark it as complete. Staff is rude. They always mess up orders. Don't order delivery, because 90% of your order will be wrong or missing, but then again, that happens when you order in store or in the drive thru.

Man this place has got a single bathroom for the men. Exactly what I've been looking for. Time to barricade the door and do some drugs.The staff won't care too much, I'm thinking about bringing a girl on a date here tomorrow, we may even purchase food this time.
