we went to the Second Chapter Bookstore in Carthage Thursday and were looking for somewhere close to have lunch. The Soup Company was right around the corner, so we stopped there. what a really pleasant surprise! I never thought I would order soup on a hot day, but I'm sure glad I did. The Chicken Poblano was, excuse the expression, to die for! I can't wait to go back and try something else. Excellent salad and sandwiches as well. Thank you so much for all delicious lunch!
It’s the very best lunch for miles around! They have fabulous soups and the best sandwich choices for lunch. The egg salad, tuna salad, and chicken salad are all remarkably good. Stopped in yesterday for a quick, warm and delicious lunch when I was traveling through Carthage and it did not disappoint. Service was great, atmosphere was cozy and their Tomato-Basil soup warmed my whole soul!
