The employees at the Carthage, NC location are friendly. Our waitress, Nicole, is great! She always greets us with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure we have all we need. We always look forward to dining at this particular Pizza Hut where she works. Wish all restaurants had employees like Nicole!!!!

Pizza Hut offers very generous and gracious service, although it can be understaffed at times. Guests appreciate the unique experience, likening it to a South Carolina gentleman's club and trap house. The atmosphere is lively, with a playful touch, but may not be suitable for families with young children. The restaurant keeps the temperature cool, so it's a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket. While service has improved, there's still room for improvement in getting orders correct.
