We contacted Kelli who owns Catering by Design for my sister’s memorial service in January. Kelli and her staff were so easy to work with in completing our contract. We ordered the brisket, smoke chicken, Mac and cheese (shell pasta), collards,lemonade and cookies.Everyone enjoyed our meal. We were so appreciative and thankful for Kay, from the catering service. We used them for a wedding way back in late 2022, and it was a huge success. They were easy to work with, well staffed and professional, and most importantly the food was amazing. Among other things we got the mashed potato bar and at the carving station we had the prime rib with all the fixings like horseradish, and caramelized onions, and our guests all loved it and were very impressed. We got a lot of very positive comments! Highly recommend!
