“The chicken was extremely greasy. I spoke with the staff and asked them if the chicken is cooked fresh. The staff member stated that the chicken is cooked every so often and refilled into the grease prior to being served so that it is hot.“

This evening as we were traveling home from our Thanksgiving vacation we were faced with the predicament of having to haul one vehicle home on a trailer after a very unexpected transmission issue. The dining room was closed and the curbside option was unavailable on the app & since maneuvering the drive thru with a GMC Sierra towing a Suburban was out of the question, I made a quick call into the store and a polite young lady promptly assured me that we could make it work. She asked me to let her know once I arrived and even though they didn’t have any one outdoors taking orders at that time, they could send someone out; Its chilly out today, so I felt bad have it someone do that and I was actually able to order through the app and then just let her know we had arrived. She then helped us figure out the best place to park out of the way while we waited and a very nice gentleman brought out our order, quite timely might I add. Once again thank you, it was very appreciated by all of us, especially the 3 Chic-Fil-A loving, hungry, tired of traveling kiddos! I“
