“The chicken was extremely greasy. I spoke with the staff and asked them if the chicken is cooked fresh. The staff member stated that the chicken is cooked every so often and refilled into the grease prior to being served so that it is hot.“

“My favorite Zaxby’s from Raleigh to Durham for sure!! Have you seen their Christmas decorations?! BEST IN CARY!!! The staff and atmosphere have such a family feel. From the first time diner to the everyday ‘regulars’, you can feel your importance and appreciation as a customer. Highly recommend. Food is always fresh, delicious, reasonably priced and perfectly portioned!“

“I went to BB’s for the first today and took it home. I got a classic Chicken Sandwich and Sea salt fries. The fries were great! The sandwich was great. The batter is amazing. It stayed crispy the whole ride home. It didn’t get mushy from the pickles or the steam from the closed container on the car ride home. The chicken is fresh and not processed. A couple of things I think could make a huge difference is the seasoning. The chicken definitely needs to be seasoned. I also think it is a bit too thick. Make it a bit thinner and add some seasoning….it will truly be the perfect chicken sandwich.“
