Food was terrible. Food was cold to be the time of day. Was not fresh or edible.
I don't need some idiot telling me to "have a blessed day". I seriously want to punch this idiot in the face everytime.
Management needs to get a handle on this location. I’ve ordered coffee here 10 times and 7 have been wrong. Including a steaming cup of plain hot water I was given once instead of tea. Today I went inside thinking at least if they mess up I can tell them to fix it and stood at the register for 10 minutes without even a greeting. Many customers appreciate the consistent quality of the coffee, which often tastes correct, even if they travel a long distance to visit this location. Regina is recognized for her exceptional customer service, always being kind and going above and beyond to satisfy customers, such as offering to make and deliver muffins when they're out. However, some recent experiences have highlighted areas for improvement, especially regarding customer service. A female supervisor was seen to be annoyed when asked for whipped cream on a Peppermint Mocha, and her response was less than professional. Despite this, overall, the location maintains a good reputation, and management’s efforts could help address these issues to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
