Went during the week, and it must have been when school was letting out, not busy at all. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and it looked like they just cleaned... As always, my food was great! Went with the chicken parm and a med fry and a couple of their cookies, so good!
I recently visited Penn Station East Coast Subs in Cary (NC) and had the chance to try their Classic Philly Cheesesteak and Classic Italian, and both were absolutely off the hook! The Classic Italian really hit the spot for my craving of quality Italian meats and cheese. I recommend it cold, as it lets the flavors of the meats shine through. Let's be honest, you aren't going to PS for the atmosphere. The food is awesome and, in my opinion, better than the other sub spots around. The real bonus here is the staff. They are always friendly, and most of them will engage in conversation. That makes all the difference to me. I would recommend giving PS a try if you haven't. Be sure to try the fries and the hand squeezed lemonade.
