I just had a very very poor experience at another Starbucks location across town from this one where they would not remake my improperly made drinks and didn't want to refund me my money. I came into this Starbucks and ordered new drinks, intending on paying again and all I asked was that they dump the messed up drinks I had with me because I didn't have room in my cup holders. Not only did THEY apologize for the other locations lack of customer service, but they comped...
Love this Starbucks, they are always friendly and get me order just right. I wanted to try something new and Prisca was really wonderful and recommended the green tea with strawberry. It was delicious not too sweet and now I have a new favorite. Love this spot.
