Ask for extra sauce: charged ask for more than 5 pickles: extra charge. Drips of sauce or little drops of toppings come here. Anything your way stay away from here.

Cookies NOT fresh, NOT baked that morning. I've come here numerous times just for their cookies. The last two times I specifically asked 'were these baked today?' One employee replied 'we always start the day with an empty cabinet' - that should have been my clue -- they were stale. Today, the woman said 'I don't know, I just got here.' then turned to speak to what looked to be a manager/owner man sitting in the back of the store. She spoke in their native language, then turned to me to ask how many, looked back at him and he shook his head 'yes'. Huh? My bad! Not fresh at all! I tried to call the store afterward - no answer. Sometimes we have to learn the hard way...

I am a patient in the hospital across the street from this Subway. I placed an order to be delivered to the hospital & it never arrived. When I contacted the store, the manager was harsh & refused to help. I told him I was at the hospital & he said well I'm at work! Worse experience ever & I still wasn't refunded the order that I never received. I have never written a bad review before but had no choice with this horrible experience. ?

I asked for some extra meat and the lady started yelling about prices or something and I couldn’t understand her so I just said it’s ok. I felt silly paying $12 for what I got.

They aren't honoring coupons. There restricting which subs you can use the coupons from subway on. Even though the coupon shows no restrictions. Also they don't carry spicy mustard anymore. No wonder subway is going down hill. I personally just don't bother with subway anymore. There are plenty if other sub shops.

Pretty annoying that subways won't even honor their own coupons anymore. Second subway that wouldn't let me use one that I just received in the mail. They must be really going downhill..
