this has been my go to spot for a while. in the past, i’d receive an incorrect order, or substitutes weren’t followed. however, these past few months there’s been a drastic difference. So much more care has been put into my order. even my flatbread got wrapped in the paper folded like an envelope. my order is never wrong, food is always hot, and smoothies always cold. this place is probably the best in Cary :)

Found it. Smoothie. No stopping now. Gonna get a small roll up thing. Don't remember what it was called, but it was certainly et. Gotta eat it. Be happy. Have no worries when you eat here. very rude employees. young teenagers maybe kids, closed the store earlier than listed online. I arrived around 8:40, attempting to place an order on the app. one of the workers told me at 8:47 they were closed and no longer taking orders after they sat, conversed and laughed the whole entire time I was in the store. I don’t even receive a greeting when entering, after this is the 3rd time. I won’t be back at all. pls chose another location expect this one!!!

I was very disappointed in my smoothie. I ordered and Acai Berry Boost, which I get every single time that I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I did not taste it or look at it until I got to work. It was almost black. I had to leave work and go back to get it remade. The remake was still not completely right, but it was much better. This was very inconvenient for me. The person working there was very nice though and she was working alone so I tried to have some grace for her.

I just picked up a açai bowl to go because I was in the area and not near my normal place. Huge mistake. I was shocked how fast I got it, should have been a red flag. Got home, it's frozen solid. Everywhere else in town makes a fresh base. This base was a frozen chunk of base. Must have been pulled directly out of a freezer. It's chunky and ice crystal filled. 30 minutes later it’s still a solid rock of base. At 12 bucks, it's also so much smaller than their direct competition in the area. Never again. Waste of 12 bucks! It’s not even worth the calories to eat it.

Hayley was super friendly and personable and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This particular location was the cleanest one I’ve been too (not than any of them are dirty) but it was such an outstanding experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and trying whatever Hayley recommends again!
