Delivery is more time than not incomplete order because of the lack of organization. We have had to drive to the resturant 3 of the last 4 purchases because not all of our paid for order was delivered.

So the smoothie offering is limited. I tend to get the berry blast one- it’s fine. But I’m not going here anymore due to their use of styrofoam. It’s 2024 y’all, at the very least use recyclable cups.

I got an acai bowl and a detox smoothie, both were very disappointing. The bananas were almost rotten they were so mushy, the pineapple was literally the diced one from a can, even the acai tastes weird. Don’t order from here, it would be cheaper and taste 10x better if a baby made it.

The people working love taking their time when food could have been done minutes ago.. my smoothie is basically water and i waited over 30 minutes for a wrap and a smoothie. pathetic work efforts.

Welp! After reading the terrible reviews I can only be mad at myself! For the past two months I have purchased several mediocre smoothies praying that just maybe it was a fluke. Well the JOKES ON me! After today I will never step foot inside a tropical smoothie. The quality and customer services is 0/10!For the price point every smoothie should be made with the highest quality and care! Today I started at the Crossroads locations. The smoothie was chalky, and had no mango taste whatsoever. The staff was friendly and very nice but the smoothies were terrible. After the second remake I just left.I drove to this location! Met with a nice manager who was willing to remake my smoothie / only to be rudely disrupted by the cashier with a nasty attitude. She proceeded to say “I’ll just make it”. I knew then my smoothie would be worse than what I had from the location at crossroads!The color, texture and taste were terrible. It tasted like ice! I was so angry at her tone and negative energy I left and trashed the $9 smoothie. I use to be a fan but tropical smoothie has fallen way off! I’m done! ?

We enjoyed our lunch there, smoothies are great! Salad was delicious as well as the flat bread but it had little filling, burritos can improve in flavor. Excellent customer service. Kudos for the guy that works there, he noticed that we had questions and went above and beyond!

Probably the most mediocre smoothies I’ve had. All three were somewhat chalky, and I don’t know how a smoothie could be tasteless, but especially the chocolate peanut butter one seemed bland and watered down.

I got the 3 cheese quesadilla which I don’t recommend from this place because when they give the salsa it’s not even half its less than half and honestly looks like someone ate from the salsa already and the quesadilla looks like it needs to be cooked longer the cheese isn’t even melted and it’s not even that warm.
