My large mobile order took a few minutes to prepare so waiting at the window I overheard her speak to other customers and her coworkers in that time with the same politeness. Great team player. Also she communicated consistently with me throughout my wait. My large order was accurate including modifications. Great work here“
“I was so happy with my service today as a General Manager myself. I believe people that do a amazing job should be recognized so many people complained and don't give good words when they have great service I came in today and was greated by Jahmeel he was waiting on someone else and said I will be right with you. Costumer service has went down hill the last couple years but this man did a amazing job treating all customers and getting orders right so polite to everyone. I called the store to tell the manager she said sorry about that ma'am. There was nothing to be sorry about so I hung up on here and that is why I am here. I don't know how someone that can't understand English can be a manager. Come on that is crazy she didn't even know what I was saying. Thank you Jahmeel for great service.“
“I came here around 6pm to get some food and the person taking orders did not sound happy at all like he hates his job 😅 straight attitude, had me waiting almost 10mins to take an order big line behind me. Food was extra dry chicken crispy sandwich was hard like it’s been sitting out all day bread was hard food was cold, and the only sauce they had was ranch!“
“Ordered a bacon double to go via the app. Wentin and waited at the to go location. Watched as my burger was put in the staging area and sit for about 2 minutes. The drive thru customers kept getting their orders, a employee kept taking orders at the register but no one did my order. I finally had speak up to get my order.“
