Is this how you treat all of your customers??? If so, SHAME ON YOU!!! This is ABSOLUTELY NOT how your store’s management should handle a situation like this! To have the audacity to want to fight someone and you don’t even know/understand why??? And you are a manager??? Sounds like some new training is definitely in order!
