I do not know where to begin, but I know I need to get to the point early so let me start with AMAZING in every way. I contacted HC Kitchen & Bar less than a week before my daughter's wedding. She was supposed to be married in Asheville and sadly due to the catastrophic storm and damage, the venue had to cancel. Our hearts are with the residents, volunteers and first responders. I quickly had to scramble and try to rebook the wedding and luckily we found a venue in Glenville.

I was looking for a place to have a small welcome dinner for 26 in Cashiers and from the moment I spoke to Daniel Fletcher, I knew I had found a gem. Within a day, the whole dinner was worked out and the chef had a plan.

We gathered in the lounge prior to entering the dining room which was set up especially for us. The staff was professional, kind, accommodating and made us feel special, even taking pictures of the guests at each table as a memory for us. Our family and friends were raving over the abundant deliciousness and we all had a wonderful evening.

The perfect start to a wedding weekend in the gorgeous North Carolina mountains! Thank you to all the management and staff for creating an atmosphere of joy and relaxation.

Kid-friendliness: We had three children in the group. The server went out of her way to get a special dip for the 3 year old which brought a smile to her face.

Hotel Cashiers will always be a special place to me. The very kind and generous owners of Hotel cashiers allowed to me come and stay a couple nights right after Hurricane Helene devastated my home town of Asheville NC! Hotel Cashiers offered me a much needed safe haven, an escape from the hell my hometown was experiencing, and most importantly, it offered me the peaceful isolation I needed at that moment. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for your hospitality and not only was Hotel Cashiers the most fitting respite getaway I could have asked for, but it was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have ever stayed. Thank you so much and god bless you. You made more of a difference than you know. I will be back

We've been their twice since they opened the full kitchen and never had better! Chef Kelly Barbato is a gifted artist and is also very easy on the eyes.

From start to finish, a wonderful experience!
Great cocktails (I recommend the Paper Plane), and our starters (heirloom tomato salad, roasted mushrooms, fries, bread with a stellar variety of compound butters) were perfect. Excellent short rib ragout, delicious crab cake, and yummy, excellent execution of a croque monsieur! Topped off with delicious petit zucchini Madeline's. Chef Kelly and team know what they're doing, and it shows in the attention to detail and impressive flavor palate. The entire staff is a joy, we will definitely be back soon!

A must visit when in Cashiers, Hotel Cashiers raises the bar for local, fabulous and friendly. The staff provides excellent service. the bar has been a favorite go to for many for some time... excellent drinks and a very comfortable vibe. plus, if you get lucky, excellent music! And now, excellent food crafted with quality in mind. Enjoy and let us know what treat you enjoyed most!

Have been enjoying The Lobby since they opened the bar, but had my first meal last night. Everything from the knowledgeable waitress, Caitlyn to the meal was 5 star! Though the menu is not large, it is filled with great options including small plates. I promise if you go once you’ll become a regular! Great job, y’all!
