I failed to take photos, but my party of 5 loved everything we had! I personally had one of their quiches. (Spinach, onions, tomatoes, bacon, feta, and cheddar cheeses.) The crust was so buttery and flaky…perfection! The waffles were also a favorite at our table.
We’ve been eating at the Zookeeper Bistro for a number of years. Even when it wasn’t the only place in Cashiers to eat breakfast, it was our favorite. It’s so popular that there are times when you can expect to wait…for quite a while as it seats only 60. It’s worth the wait as they have a nice menu, the food is quite delicious and the prices are reasonable.
