We stopped by this gem of a spot tonight and we were not disappointed! From the moment we walked in, until we left, we were treated like family. We have 2 feral boys and the owners invited us to come in and let the kids play pool and foosball while we waited for food (which wasn't long at all!). They took our orders and made us comfortable; even traded some fun trash talk with my husband for being a State fan. The food was delicious -- we all agreed those were some of the BEST waffle fries we'd ever eaten! This is a restaurant owned by people who truly care. Definitely give Blues on Franklin a try!

Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu included chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, and fries. My kids loved it all!

You gotta get the wings! We got 6 with the Sweet and Spicy sauce and they were fantastic! I could have made the wings my entire meal if I had known beforehand how good they would be! Also loved that they have lots of TVs with ACC basketball, and the music wasn't loud so we could talk normally. We will definitely go here again next time we're in Chapel Hill for a game!

The food and Service were outstanding! Unfortunately, it was a day when they were using the smokers and sitting inside was impossible. That being said, they can’t be smoking meats CONSTANTLY, and if you told me I could only have it for takeout I would still agree 10 out of 10! Outstanding ribs, juicy and meaty. The pulled pork was delicious, and the little beef tips were so Tender and flavorful!

Wow! Delicious food, amazing service & atmosphere, thankful that we ate here today. The wings (with sweet & spicy sauce) & smoked chicken were our favs. Onion rings, fries, & pulled pork were very good too!

Stopped in when I took the gf to the planetarium. Owners are super friendly and it's a great little place to chill. Will admit we got super lucky and it was just us, so it felt like a personal visit. Good food, nice TVs. Will likely go back when I visit CH again :)

My husband and I decided to grab dinner here, knowing it would probably be less crowded since it’s close to the holidays. The owner was there and was INCREDIBLE! It’s easy to tell he truly cares about the service and the food. The service was great! The atmosphere was fun and warm. The food was AMAZING! My husband got the nachos and I got the house platter pulled pork. We would definitely go again!

Very quaint in the middle of a busy university area. Great food, lots of variety. Smells heavenly. Unique building that was once a gas station. Owners are very friendly and quite lovely. Was looking for a quiet evening with my husband and they exceeded my expectations. We shared the Pigs and Cows dish. Very good, meat was tasty and tender with a tangy barbecue sauce that was simply divine. Thank you for the memorable evening. 💙
