Based on reviews, Ben & Jerry’s has a great team and friendly staff. Denesea is an amazing person with a lovely personality who took care of customers very good. John, Haddie, Ciara, and Manager Mel are also mentioned. The Berry Berry Extraordinary and Lemonade blended is a refreshing delicious summer drink. A root beer float was made perfectly by Mel after a customer bought root beer. The ice cream cart was used for a Durham wedding and was a huge hit with great flavors and reasonable pricing. The shop is very clean with good vibes. The staff went above and beyond to make experiences enjoyable.
