Love the pizza. Delivery is usually on point. Could use better deserts though; their Cinnabrenz and cookies are mid.

Brenz is our favorite pizza place! The thick crust with various pizza specialty options all have great flavors. Our favorite is the Forester. Their wings are also cooked well, great size, and mixed well with the sauce (not drowning in it). Highly recommend.

I've had very good experiences with Brenz Pizza. The food was hot, tasty, and prepared to the specs that I requested. They will get my business again. Great for a group order also as I have done this for work several times. This time I ordered a chef salad and sweet heat wings. Both very good. Had pizzas in the past which were just as good.

To say I am appalled is an understatement. I am a restaurant owner in Wilmington, NC and my guests are THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to me. Your hours CLEARLY advertise closing is 9pm. We left UNC Hospital and headed to Brenz to grab dinner to-go as we are staying at the ALoft. We walked into the establishment at 8:31pm. 5 people were eating at the tables to the left. We approached the counter and told the girl with the piercings in her face that we wanted to place a to-go order. She told us we will not take your order; we are closing. No sign on the door; no notification on your Google or Yelp accounts. We asked why considering your hours state you close at 9pm and she just shrugged her shoulders and said we were told. This was the final straw as this was not our first bad experience with this place. The first time we went in a month ago they had the doors wide open and flies were everywhere. And the sewage smell; bad. Understanding restaurants in the manner I do, I chalked the sewage smell up to a possible complex issue.

One thing of for sure, we will not be back. If growing the Brenz business is the intention of the owners (noted by the advertising in hotels and on public transportation seen around Chapel Hill) I would consider who I had running my business. You just lost 3 guests with a lot of friends and family in the area. We are up here weekly from Wilmington and always stay at the ALoft. To be a customer and be dismissed in the rudest manner possible is the worst thing that could’ve happened. Word of mouth, consistency and loyalty in this industry are EVERYTHING.

Terrible, horrendous service. Brenz cancelled Uber Eats order. Later the same day they cancelled DoorDash order. Called in to place a direct order and they said they couldn’t deliver because no drivers. very rude on top of it. Just trying to order your pizza, shhesh.
This is the 3rd time Brenz has dropped orders. Pizza is generally good to very good, but wayyy too much hassle… if you can get an order actually prepared that is.

Food was great! Arrived hot and fresh. I got the cheese sticks and the buffalo chicken pizza. Both were delicious. Will definitely eat here again.

Update: I’ve eaten here two more times after the first time. It’s become a little addiction. I ordered the bbq chicken this time and not to be dramatic but it is probably the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life.

I can’t speak on the service or atmosphere of this restaurant since I had the pizza catered to me, but I have to say that the buffalo chicken pizza from here is out of this world. I am an avid fan of buffalo chicken pizza and can confidently say that this is the best that I have ever had. The plain cheese was pretty good too, but nothing in comparison to the buffalo chicken. I am excited to try more of the specialty pizzas here, I am now a huge fan!

Definitely a repeat customer, especially after trying the heritage honey style!Crispy, slight burnt crust. Insanely great flavor. P.s. that's NOT grease, that is hot honey which is amazing.Small dining area that low key. Great staff, friendly. Highly recommend

Brenz, or Enzo's as the locals call it, is a must stop shop for my family when we're in Chapel Hill. We're on that side of town atleast once every 3 months for my children's appointments at the children's hospital and we don't leave town without swinging by Enzo's and grabbing a couple of pizzas. The loaded pep & cheese and the ATM (all the meats) are family faves. We get ranch cups to dip in and their ranch is delicious. More likely than not we stop on the way out of town to get a pizza for home because there's no Brenz Pizza in the ENC. If you're a local, you already know how good Brenz is. If you're not, do yourself a favor and atleast stop in for a loaded pep & cheese.

Really came through for me when I was in the hospital he was able to get a pizza out here which is not easy and I found the right place thanks to the the women at the third floor ICU for helping make it possible but the service was ridiculously awesome The people on the phone really helpful The food was just what I needed I will certainly be trying again and will let you know how it compares
