Ice cream is good and everything but they were telling people that they weren't taking orders anymore and the dining room would be closing soon at 9:35pm when their hours are til 10pm. It's not a full service restaurant where you need time to cook and have a kitchen close time. If an ice cream shop isn't taking orders and is discouraging people from even being in the store, then it isn't open and the hours are not right.

Ran into an issue where my card was charged twice and contacted customer support, but they were not able to help me. However when I reached out to the store they were able to refund me fully with no issues. Great store!

This coldstone location is amazing! I worked here all throughout college and enjoyed working with my coworkers and the owners! This is a family owned business that cares about their employees and their customers!
