Overall, the food was a good deaI since I get more food per dollar compared to other fast food chains. I got the Big Double burger "Cheddar style." The cajun fries were a bit soggy and the onion rings were mid. However, the banana pudding shake was good just that it had more of a thicker consistency like ice cream to the point where I needed a spoon to eat/drink it.
Very busy weekend nights with students back. Waited 45 min for 2 milkshakes. Asked staff multiple times and was told they were coming right up several times. Multiple orders, that included milkshakes, that were placed after mine were completed while I waited. Finally, asked to cancel order and told would have to contact corporate. Had to leave at that point. Never received shakes that were paid for.

The food is always top notch. My friends and I go here late at night. Thanks for being open late! The shakes are also great. The reason I leave four stars is because the last two times I've gone to order food for my boss I requested sauces and never got them. And the last time I went I got charged for an item I wasn't given.
