Favorite Cook Out experience of all-time. I’m from NC and have been to about 20 Cook Outs in my life. My UNC undergrad cousin brought me (he went to this location 39 times last year!) as we were road tripping cross country, and it was the (a) best interior lighting and space and design I’ve seen (b) best service I’ve ever received (c) most consistent and delicious quality I’ve tasted (d) got a light blue T-shirt for $2 with my tray. Foods good, to many staff who are complete nicompoops. They seem rushed, overwhelmed and clueless on what they're doing. It's not hard to make shakes, season fries and properly coat with cheese. I still love the food and the shakes are bussin but come on guys, get organized. Smile more. Be more mindful of your guests and make sure the presentation kills with the service and food. Thank you
Great food, milkshakes are always good. This cookout has an inside eating area which is good for us with a 1 year old and 5 year old. Everything is decorated with UNC colors and banners. Overall great experience
