Domino's Pizza

Just tried to order. Website was down so we followed the prompt and called into the store. We were told the staff could not deliver to our address because they did not know where it was located (they have delivered here many times before). We tried explaining they delivered in the past and were told it did not matter, they were not delivering anything. Staff female was very rude.

I called in to order and they took my order. Once I got to the store Tiffany who was the manager at the time was very rude and disrespectful and need to brush her teeth. She told me there was no order and it was nothing she could do to accommodate me. I had ordered 6 pizza for a church kid event. I would have just let them make it but because Tiffany was so rude I didn’t want her to touch anything. We drive 30 mins away to the other location in Pittsboro and had wonderful service. I was someone that comes weekly but I promise I will never be back to this location!

I came into Domino’s around 11pm, when they closed at 12am. Part of my order was a chicken alfredo bake, and it was so dry. Hardly any sauce. The chicken portion was generous, but otherwise I was disappointed. We didn’t receive 2 ranch, like we asked. The guy that had received my order did not understand me whenever I was speaking to him- seemed kind of rude. Overall, eh. I’ve had better.

The service at this location ranges from fairly good to awful, with the majority of our orders on the awful side. I ordered online yesterday and the tracker stated the order would be ready in 17-24 mins. I waited to head to the store until it was closer to the 24 mins. Got there and clicked the "I'm here" on the app and the timer switched from "your order will be ready in 1-7 mins" to "1-200 mins"! So I went inside and found out that they had not started on my order, even though the tracker stated the order had been started over 30 mins prior. On top of the delay, they did not follow the instructions to 'pie-cut' all the pizzas. Another disappointing pizza night.

Time to find another pizza shop!

Dominos is generally low quality, arrives late and cold type of place. BUT not this location!!This location brought me steaming hot food. It was on time. It was delicious. The driver was great. Highly recommend this location and I will order from here again.
