I love this place! Great addition to Carrboro. My favorites are the tarts & puff pastries. The staff is also very kind and welcoming every time I visit.

Even Dough Bakery is a favorite coffee shop and bakery. The staff and owner are extremely nice, and the pastries are amazing. Everything on the menu looks and tastes incredible. The online ordering process is seamless, and the service is courteous and kind. The hardest part is narrowing down options, so ordering a selection of items is recommended. The key lime tart is a soft spot. A glorious, scrumptious red velvet cake made a birthday special. The Lemon Mixed Berry Cheesecake is absolutely the best cheesecake in NC, tasting light and fresh with quality ingredients. A beautiful wedding cake and desserts were catered, with outstanding care in presentation. Great black coffee and stuffed bagels maintain structural integrity and crust with gooey warm filling. Pecan tarts have a great crust. Croissants are delicious, and cinnamon rolls are loved. The baker assisted with final decisions, making the process easy.
