Great food, make food in good timing. And the tables are usually clean. My only issue is the self serve fountain drink machine. It's always dirty and has tons of hand prints on it and the inside where you place your drink isn't too clean either. I just wished they clean that same as they clean their tables. Online ordering doesn't work and you can't call an order in because noone answers. I have also come across the store being closed with an 'out to lunch' sign on the door, which I have never seen at a franchise sandwich shop. Love Firehouse Subs, but this location needs work.
