Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Shrimp over cooked as it’s all pre cooked as I could tell sitting in warming pans right behind the front counter. I don’t see how this place has 4 star reviews. I cuss people here in NC haven’t had authentic, fresh Japanese/Asian food. Lesson learned- if it has the word express in the title that means stay away. Pretty good! I ordered the habachi chicken and white rice sans onions. To make the dish gluten free, I requested for the chicken and veggies not to be soy sauced. It came out hot and well browned. Heads up, make sure you grab salt because without the soy sauce the veggies are bland (although beautifully cooked).
