Love Jersey Mike's. Usually get the Big Kahuna, but, today switched up to the Italian sub. Slap some Chipotle mayo on it and....BAM! You got a meal ?.

I'm pregnant and can't have deli meats unless they've been heated to a safe temperature. I ordered an Italian sub and they assembled the meats in a separate container on the side so I could heat them up and enjoy my sub!

I have been coming here for 4 years with my family and always ordering the same types of sandwiches. Today I came in to order the usual but was completely treated differently. The individual who took my order was rude to the customers before me and then proceeded to be rude to me. Note: In case the owner reads this review it was a tall slimer guy (facial hair) working on 12/28 around 2:30pm. He dismissively asked what I wanted to get. When I gave my order he said that they do not make sandwiches that way. I responded that I've always got the sandwich that way and actually the store manager recommended it to me a few years back - so its become a favorite of a lot of folks. Its where they slightly warm up the Italian sub/bread on the grill. It takes 90 seconds to do. He overreacted when I mentioned the store manager; he said that he's the store manager and that she reports to him. It was a really weird since he has no idea who I had talked with a couple years ago - and the fact that she no longer works there. Also, he doesn't know that I'm aware he just started working at that location a little over a year ago when he did make the sandwich with no drama/issues (however, he was angry then too but I talked to him about boxing which he liked..). Rather than deal with his anger, I said "its okay, we're good" and I walked out with my company. I know this guy just started working there a year or so ago but its unfortunate as this area is nice folk and we don't need all that anger/drama in the area - especially over just a sandwich. I will not be coming back until this individual is gone! I'm going to leave my review on other sites as well so hopefully it gets addressed by the owner with this individual.

Food is great if you only want it "Mike's Way". We've gone several weeks in a row between 5 and 6pm and staff seems upset when we want different things on our subs. They ask for all the toppings on 4 different subs at the same time, then get them wrong while continually asking us don't we want it "Mike's Way". Tonight we ended up with cheese on subs for people with dairy allergies, but no one noticed until we got home due to the chaos in the restaurant. Tonight only 1 of our 5 subs was what we asked for.Here's hoping for some improvement since this has been a family go to since it opened, but the frustration is real.Dietary restrictions: Options are there, staff has been increasingly unable to follow them

A fantastic experience! Today we were greeted by 2 young men, both smiling, they engaged us in conversation, and they were genuinely happy to serve us. Very polite, fantastic customer service, and food was delicious!! Thank you.

I have been going to this Jersey Mike's for as long as it opened, because it's so close to my house and every time I am disappointed. I usually order through the app and every single time the order is wrong. I have gotten the wrong sandwich, I have had a whole sandwich missing, I have gotten beef instead of chicken multiple times, and they always forget adding the bacon that I paid extra for. Usually when I have a problem I always let them know, the way it's handled is a range. Sometimes they make a new sandwich, sometimes they apologize, sometimes they just open my sandwich throw what they forgot inside and have me on my way, other times I have gotten coupons. Overall, every time I go to this Jersey Mike's it is such a hassle because I never know if I'm going to get what I ordered. The place seems to be poorly managed with very young employees running the place. I will not be going here again.

Truly 5 star worthy in all categories...fresh ingredients...friendliest staff (everytime I am there) and super clean....it's in my top three favorites of all time...and I am picky!...p.s. the staff really are the best part...such promising young adults!Vegetarian options: All ingredients to make a fabulous veggie sub or salad...very fresh

Stopped by JM tonight to be greeted by Jason and Patrick. Not only were they great at providing information and suggestions, but they were personable and talked to us like we were old friends. Our visit was great, food was delicious, and we contribute it to these two guys!

Ordered a sandwich through the app without tomato - I get home and it only has chicken and cheese on it. I go back and ask the worker to remake it, and she did quickly. She was very kind but unfortunately, it had a little less than half the amount of chicken that my first sandwich had on it, was full of lettuce, and had tomatoes (I specified what I requested be taken off when asking for the new sandwich, but to be fair it was busy and a little loud). Not worth asking them to remake again but wasted a lot of my time and money.
