This location of Marco’s Pizza is great! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff here is super efficient! My family was assisted by Natalie and she does such an amazing job in her role!

This place has been my most nightmarish food delivery experience. I've repeatedly tried to give them another chance. I even tried picking up once and it was no different.
But usually I get an apology or something.
This place has been void of customer service.
I had to call after my order was late, and while I can empathize about not having a delivery driver - it is unacceptable that when my food finally came, their Door Dash person just left it down the street, and outside.
It if wasn't for a stranger who was kind and had common sense, to call my number number on the receipt I would have never received, or known. Not sure why the idiotic Door Dasher couldn't do the same
The worst part of this experience was receiving the respond from Marcos when I called them again to tell them I finally received the food, but it was late, cold and delivered down the street.
The guy replied that because it was Door Dash who deliver today, there is nothing they can do.
What a load of crap!!
This place absolutely has been a nightmare, and I'm convinced that the owner of the store does not care.
There is no way that this could continue otherwise.
I'm so sick of their lack of any ability to reflect basic customer care and service.
An apology and effort to resolve issues go a long way - but hey, they're just a pizza store right?
What an utter disgrace and disappointment.
I would be ashamed to tell anyone I worked there.

Marcos has the best cheese of all the pizza chains IMHO. Thin and thick crust is relative though, not extreme like some other chains. Great toppings too.

No matter how many times I’ve requested pie cut (triangle cut) they get this right only half the time. This is key for us since my mother-in-law is partially paralyzed and picking up a square of pizza does not work as well as a pie cut. Additionally they put the chicken on the wrong pizza. Though the delivery was great the food was disappointing again.

Had an excellent pizza. I haven't been there in awhile. I don't know if there was someone good there making the pizza but it was great. Far better than I remembered. will definitely be back hoping it will be this great. Give it a try.

Clean exterior and interior! I placed an order for my colleagues and their Pre-K class at North Chatham Elementary School! No complaints at all. I requested a certain time and delivery and they honored that! The pies and chicken tenders were delicious. I even ordered a cauliflower crust cheese pizza and it was delicious as well! Thank you to the staff and especially the Delivery driver. Next year will be a bigger order. I will be back for the cauliflower crust pizza. God Bless!!

Vegetarian options: I only had the Cauliflower crust so far. And that's because I'm prediabetic.

Kid-friendliness: The chicken tenders and cheese pie were a hit, the kids loved it!!

Food was ok not great but decent for a quick dinner! Service was good, had to wait past the time I was told to arrive . Still cost more than I expected to pay but that’s the way it is in Chapel Hill, bad, good or great it’s all overpriced

This establishment's customer service is the worst we've encountered. It's truly inexcusable. Despite our initial plans to engage them for a forthcoming significant event, including a charitable occasion, the repeated and apparent disregard for customer service that our members have experienced has led us to reconsider. They rely on a third-party delivery service due to their inability to retain drivers, which has resulted in many instances where they cannot verify if orders were actually delivered. Additionally, there are reports of food being left outside on the ground at the wrong location. We strongly advise against ordering delivery from this place under any circumstances. Consider yourself warned.
