Where are the people? App lets you order to the store but no one is there

Ordered too close to closing (40 minutes before close) and they canceled my order.

Delivery takes an ungodly amount of time and things will show up cold or missing. This isn’t a one off but consistent over a number of months without any change in customer service.

Pizza was ok. Not a fan of the sauce. Too sweet. And trying to order for a delivery were I was just across the street in a community setting was a nightmare. Had to talk to 3 different people just to finally get the order made. Then...talk to the delivery person twice and they still didn't deliver to correct address!!!!

This is by far the worlds WORST Papa John's!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Call another Pizza chain!! Every time over the last few months that I have called, they cancel my order with no explanation! I AM DONE WITH PAPA JOHN'S AS A CHAIN!!!!

Terrible service, placed my order at 630pm at 7pm driver showed up with only 1 of the 4 items I had ordered driver called the store to ask where the rest of the order was tried to blame him for leaving to fast even though they hand them the order because it is delivered by door dash so anyway I wait another 30 minutes still nothing so I call the store manager tries to give me an attitude as if I did something wrong and then tries to blame the driver again I got upset and told him I'm not paying for the worst service I've ever had in my life he then gives me a refund finally just now at 750pm the rest of my order shows up cold worst experience ordering at papa John's ever they need to shut this store down this isn't the first time this has happened to me but I guarantee it will be the last

Placed delivery order today with over a 2 hour notice. Asked for 5:45pm delivery and delivery shows up 30 minutes late. Already tipped the driver. Gotta think this is in part because of businesses being short staffed.

It says order would take maximum 74min, it took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza. I tried calling 4-5 times and they never picked up the phone, even the corporate center wouldn’t pick up the phone. They never updated me that the delivery would be late either. Don’t order from here, and if you do, don’t tip until after you get your food.

Do not order from this store! Waited 1.5 hours for delivery. If it wasn't pre-paid I would have cancelled the order. Apparently no drivers, so pizza sat there for a long time before being delivered by doordash.

5 ingredients plus cheese, mushy and semi warm. Arrived when told and it had been sitting on the counter area. Got home to find it looked half cooked but it tasted like a previously ordered pizza they doctored up to save time and reheated. Never again! Frozen pizza would have been a major improvement!

Disappointed. Order on the app at 2:45 for a 5pm delivery. Called the store at 5:10, and was told the pizza should be there in the next 20 minutes. He was right, it showed up at 5:30, which leads me to believe it was a restaurant issue, not driver. My order was $135 for a kids party. In the future, I’ll opt to pick up from the Pittsboro Papa Johns rather than depend on this store.

Received our box this way. I spoke with the manager and he told me it was “just put on incorrectly”.

Employees are always friendly! And their garlic parm wings are the best.

Do not order from here! Management and workers are very rude and take forever to give you your order. They're on their phone and don't even notice you when you walk in. This is why domino's is better.

Customers can come in with no face mask on and the employees don't even wear them ? really disappointing.
