Visited twice, once for a promo and again to collect the promo. My order was prepared as expected for each visit and an employee went above and beyond during my second visit by working with me through a mistake that I made. Give 'em a chance.

I ordered late-night pickup and was very happy to experience the tastes from my childhood. I don’t each pizza often and haven’t had the Hut in probably 10 years, but the recipe is just as good as I remember. Great service here too!

I placed an order on the phone with the person over the store. she was very polite, positive, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the customer service. I know that they were short handed but an area of improvement that I can offer is the making of the pizza. Other than that, everything was good.
