Food does not taste good. The place smells bad. And the prices are too high. I really wish this was a good pizza place because the location is very convenient. But unfortunately it is not.

I have frequently ordered pizza slices from Sal's. Normally I am satisfied with the quality of the food. However, I ordered a slice last Monday evening. My order came out within five minutes. The bottom of the slice was soggy, like it had been sitting in water
I did not receive as many toppings as usual. I tried to contact the manager yesterday, but he was not there. I later called and requested a call back. I have heard nothing in over twenty-four hours.
Thank you for your reply and replacing my slice. However, I ordered another slice and garlic bread yesterday, Jan. 1st. The description from the menu says the garlic bread is Italian bread with butter, garlic, and cheese. What I received looked like cheese in a hot dog bun and no garlic that I could taste. It did not look anything like the photo in the restaurant. I paid $8.95 for that? Not acceptable.

We order from here every week, and this past time has turned us off for good. The cheese and olives all over the place, and no offer of refund.

Have had Sal's twice: once with some friends for dinner and another for lunch. My friends & I loved the pasta dishes, good portions & flavor. The pizza was also quite good. No soggy bottom issue as some have mentioned, maybe I got lucky? Maybe it's a preference for some folks who like crusts being more firm? My pizza had a nice crunch to it. Wait time was reasonable and service was good. Would order again.

First of all, the portions are INTENSE. I got a SMALL chicken calzone and a SMALL sausage roll. Just measured the rollout of curiosity, it's 17 inches by 6 inches. The calzone is even bigger. I'm gonna be eating it for a week.
Plenty of tables inside.
Staff was kind and helpful.
Everything tasted good. Too much cheese, and the dough was undercooked (easy fix, just put it back in my oven at home).
Next time I'll order garlic knots (everyone seemed to be ordering them).

Very lazy and not good pasta. Dined in but no one in my group liked the pasta even thought it was not cheap. Hidden valley ranch salad dressing, no olive oil taste in oil pasted pasta sauce. Other better options for the price. Might be okay for pizza takeout

IAfter being very rudely told I could not change an unpaid order to include a 2-liter, I suggested reringing up the order. This was possible, and I was charged $3 for a can of soda, instead of being told they dont sell 2-liters. The two kids working the counter obviously aren't old enough to run the shop, they need to learn the value of customer service and stop screwing your regular customers.

Was in the area so stopped by because of previous reviews.

Not sure how this place has 4 stars. 3 is being generous.

Ordered 2 slices and they came out mildly warm but tasted like soggy pizza i could warm up in my kitchen.

Place is small and just look disheveled and couldnt even find a garbage can in the place other than a tiny one next to the soda machine.

Lied about the precautions taken for preparing gluten-free pizza and refused a refund after my girlfriend had an allergic reaction. Avoid this business.

Good pizza, but I called recently to order the Wednesday special, as I've done before, and the person working the register was new and didn't know how to ring it up... and that was that. No special for me... there's a sign right above the ordering window with all the specials. Not a lot of problem solving was on display today.
